Did you know that Marek Caithaml has a "best of " video. Beautiful. Look at the stage picture, the character, the well structured routines and the funny bits.
I have to thank you Roland. After seeing these last two videos I went out into the Texas heat and started a bonfire with all of my cards props and books. I have been truly humbled by a youtube magician.
On a serious note. I don't get these kids on youtube wanting to be famous and the feeling they have of wanting to post this stuff as fast as the can. When I started i would work for weeks before i would even show my mentor and then months before I would show it to anyone outside of the Ring. Now it's "Hey look at what I learned today. Ain't I cool?"
Thanks, Roland! I decided to book him to my Summer Party - about 200 people all over the country (Finland). I tried to find his phone number or some information but I didn't find anything. I even went to his Youtube Channel but nothing. Only so fantastic magic - specially his Svengali routine. What a talent!
I didn't want to reply with a snmart ass comment, mainly because he is trying ( I guess ) but I have to point out the lyrics of the background track. Say no way say no way no waaaay Nah Nah why don't you get a job I won't pay I won't pay no waaaay Nah Nah why don't you get a job Did he really choose that himself ? I can only imagine that is what I would say, or a potential booker would say after seeing the clip. Do these youngsters only own video cameras, not mirrors ? Would you not watch that back to see if anything was actually worth posting anywhere ? I've always thought I did a really lousy Erdnase colour change, therefore its not in my working sets. That really raises ( lowers ) the bar though.

Between those two videos, I've lost 7 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. Thanks, Roland.
I see the link between the two clips - the dropped rope gimmick and the dropped cards...
I love the fact that he managed to film enough footage to keep these gems in. Perhaps a new YouTube role model..?!
Seriously though, I'm with Michael, I want those 7 minutes back!!

Beautiful handling of the erdnase change.
:-)
Good song.
THIS is what happens when kids are coddled entirely too much...

I just don't get it, why leave in the mistakes? The dropped cards, the "partially" palmed cards....
The question I ask is, does he just not care, or is he so deluded that he actually doesn't see those bits?
